In case of a valid return claim Realmart will either replace it within in 15 – 30 days depending on supplier’s terms and conditions or refund the amount within 15- 30 days as per the financial institution terms and conditions.
If a product is returned to Realmart in an inadequate condition (not complying any of the above condition), Realmart reserve the right to reject the claim.

Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, the shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method and number of financial institutions involved which may take 15-30 business days.
